Over the years, we have built relationships with the finest wedding professionals in northeastern Ohio. Our preferred vendor list includes award-winning photographers, talented florists, live bands and DJs, videographers, and specialty rental companies who know our venues intimately and consistently deliver outstanding results. While you are welcome to bring your own vendors, our preferred partners offer the advantage of familiarity with our spaces and streamlined coordination with our events team.

Before joining our team, he spent a decade coordinating high-profile events at the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland, where he managed weddings, corporate galas, and charity fundraisers for some of the region's most prominent families and organizations. A Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and graduate of George Washington University's event management program, David combines meticulous organizational skills with a genuine passion for creating moments that clients and their guests remember for a lifetime.

We recommend booking at least six to twelve months in advance for weddings and large celebrations, as our prime dates fill quickly. Corporate events and smaller gatherings can often be accommodated with three to six months of notice, though earlier booking ensures the widest selection of available dates and venues. For holiday season events, we suggest reaching out as early as possible, as December dates are among our most requested.

The venue rental fee includes exclusive use of your chosen event space, standard table and chair setup, house linens and place settings, built-in audio-visual equipment, a dedicated event coordinator, and complimentary on-site parking for all guests. Custom lighting, floral arrangements, and specialty decor can be added through our preferred vendor partners or arranged independently with prior approval.

We maintain a curated list of preferred vendors who are familiar with our venues and consistently deliver exceptional results. However, we understand that certain vendors hold special significance for our clients. Outside vendors are welcome with prior approval and a signed vendor agreement. All catering and beverage service must be provided exclusively by our in-house culinary team to ensure quality and consistency.

Absolutely. Once you have signed your event contract, our executive chef will schedule a private tasting session where you can sample menu options and customize dishes to your preferences. Wedding couples receive a complimentary tasting for up to four guests, and corporate clients may arrange tastings as part of the planning process. We want you to feel completely confident in every course before your event day arrives.

Cancellations made more than six months prior to the event date receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between three and six months in advance receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations within three months of the event date are non-refundable. We understand that circumstances change, and our events team will work with you to reschedule whenever possible as an alternative to cancellation.

Minimum guest counts vary by venue and event type. The Grand Ballroom requires a minimum of seventy-five guests for weekend events, while the Sterling Room and Garden Terrace have a minimum of twenty-five guests. Weekday events and off-season dates may have reduced minimums. Our events team will discuss all requirements during your initial consultation to help you find the perfect fit for your gathering.
